Registered Address Services for Hong Kong Company Registration

As required by law, every Hong Kong Company must have a registered office address in Hong Kong. The registered address need not be the place where the company’s business is normally conducted, but it must be a physical location.

Our Annual Registered Address Plan can help clients who wish to set up a company in Hong Kong but do not have a local office address for company registration. This plan conforms to the definition of “Registered Address” under the Companies Ordinance.
